I have never tried to lose weight before. I decided at my age that maybe I was gaining the stomach of an old man, see my before photo. I looked around me at other men with stomachs of varying shapes and sizes and thought NO Way do I want to keep going down that track and looking like them.
I found the MAX Workouts on the internet and I dropped any other exercise and only followed the MAX Workouts program outlined in the booklets. I did this to see for myself if it would work as stated on the website.
WELL -------- IT DOES WORK if you follow the program.
I feel younger and have more energy then before I started the program. I have been getting asked by people what am I doing to lose so much weight so fast, even by doctors at the hospital where I work!
