You can clearly see the physical changes in the photos after 3 months of sweat, training and dieting!
Hopefully these photos can be of inspiration to others
Starting weight = taken 13FEB13 @ 112kg
2nd photo = taken 25MAR13 @ 107.3kg
3rd photo = taken 19APR13 @ 99.98kg
4th photo 13MAY13 (3month mark) @ 96.5kg
A total weight loss of 15kg after 3 months (im real happy about that, considering that i havent seen the 90s in almost 5yrs)
Unfortunately I havent taken any other measurements else where (thighs, waist etc) but looking at the photos, i say they are shrinking lol
But again, thanks for all the advise to date, they've been really helpful
