I had always been active but I haven't worked out with that kind of intensity in years and I wanted to see if could increase my strength and endurance. It was a definitely a challenge and well worth it. I could see that I was getting stronger from week to week. What I like most is that I can get these results in short workouts. It will be part of my lifestyle from now on.
