I really liked it when my friends noticed that I looked leaner week after week...

I had bad stamina and often had health problems, but then I decided to joining a gym near my university...and although I felt better, the main problem remained...my belly fat.  It's really difficulty to reduce it.

Then I started to read many articles, sites, journal related to fitness, healthy life style and ways to lose my belly fat.  But all the sources I got always said how important supplements were and doing (traditional bodybuilding) split body part exercises to gain muscle.  But I didn't want to look like a muscular guy, I wanted to look lean.

Then I found your site (MAX Workouts) and your method.  Things I like most about your workouts are that they are short and very challenging.  Your workout had increased my speed and stamina, and also improved my health.  I really liked it when my friends noticed that I looked leaner week after week, and they were really curious about the workouts.
