Although my photographs do not show dramatic change, the decreased measurements tell otherwise and my clothes are now very loose and some will have to go. I focused on measurements rather than my weight because I was not looking to lose much weight. I have much increased strength, flexibility and energy. My posture feels and looks better. I like the way I am looking and my libido is up. I am sleeping so well, having previously been a poor sleeper and occasional insomniac. My skin is in better condition and less spotty. My appetite has increased and I am eating more. I am also less affected by stress at work.
Before the program my lower back and hips ached when I was in bed and was at its worse when standing. It took about one month of doing MAX Workouts for my back to stop aching upon waking.
