I needed an efficient program that would not put me for hours on end in the gym, making do with tedious machines and boring exercises. Your approach for short duration/ maximum intensity as well as the fact that the compound exercises do not require anything fancy, from an equipment point of view, is perfect for me.
I have been following the program for 9 weeks now and I feel that my body has "come together" in a lean & mean kinda way, whereas my overall conditioning is the best I have ever had. Mind you though that I paid moderate care to my nutrition and also quit smoking during that period, so results were impossible to ignore! Thank you!
