I must say that this program is an outstanding all-around exercise conditioning program. I have always been very active – played a lot sports as a youth; moved into triathlons in my late twenties, early thirties (have completed the Ironman Canada); and thereafter kept in good shape – mainly running and weight/strength training.
I somehow came across MAX Workouts, which engaged my curiosity to the point I purchased the program and began training on it. The program offered a whole new exercise approach to my routines. I am spending less time running; and far less time in the gym on weights.
My results – my body is leaner and I feel in way better athletic condition shape. The program has motivated me to take my fitness to a whole new and different level. And what’s more – there is no boring routine. But beware this program is not for the faint-hearted.....be prepared to work and push yourself. The course is easy to follow, exercises are well described, the website is a fantastic tool, and they answer any questions very promptly. I am almost complete and am excited with what comes next!
