I’m a 66 year old Paramedic, working full time on the streets of Lexington, South Carolina, answering 911 calls for the sick, the injured, and the dying. This is a young person’s job mostly because of the physical stresses we endure. And that is why I am using Shin Ohtake’s MAX Workouts.
I work 12 hour shifts, not including overtime, late calls and extra duty. We are often sitting in an ambulance waiting for the next call, not getting a chance to eat for 7 or 8 hours at a time, and usually having to grab some fast food when we can. I don’t have the luxury of an equipped gym for extended workouts, or a kitchen for preparing the most nutritious meals. These are the reasons why the MAX Workout program is right for me; it fits into my limited time schedule and doesn’t require machines, workout pads, etc...
I still have a way to go to reach my targets, and that is why I am continuing to follow MAX Workouts, and even to enter the MAX Workouts Transformation Contest. My goal is to achieve the body I’ve always wanted but never had, to achieve the optimum body composition for my age to ensure continued good health and a longer career in my chosen profession.
