I have trained in various gyms over the years, using free weights as well as machines and also enjoy doing cardiovascular work. I have always mixed them, but not to a programme. Things started to go a bit stale recently, hence boredom creeping in and not toning up as I would of liked.
So, I started to look around on the internet for a programme that would suit me, I tried one for 3 months, but the results were not forthcoming, so I started to look again, and came across your programme, I hesitated at first, then thought let’s try it and see if it can work.
I always thought of myself as being fit whilst working out at the gym, but that was to prove false with your programme, I started on level 1 as advised, and boy did I feel the heat, with the intense training, which I have not done before, it definitely sorts out the men from the boys, I am now on level 3, which is really tough going but the results are there to be seen, for which I have you to thank for that.
