The MAX Workouts are great, they're all-around body workouts giving you a more athletic build along with strength and stamina.
When I first started the program I was in decent shape already but doing the MAX Workouts made me realize I'm not as in shape as I thought because these really made me work hard to get through to the final sets.
I've trained in Taekwondo for about 6 years now and doing the MAX Workouts program definitely brought back memories of when I was training for my blackbelt, the high intensity and super set's really take it out of you and push you to your limits which in time gives us the results we are looking for.
With workout 1-C the first time I tried this workout I was shattered and only got 9 sets completed, but after week 3 I had achieved another 3 on top, which shows only 2 weeks after my first attempt I had improved my fitness levels.
