Before Starting MAX Workouts I had been working out for about 3 years.  I had been making good progress, but was always looking for new ways to improve my fitness and get stronger.  

When I found MAX Workouts on the internet, my workouts weren't going anywhere.  I needed a change.  When I first got MAX Workouts I was a little skeptical at first as it was getting me to workout shorter time lengths.  I was use to working out for about an hour each time I went.  Plus, the exercises seemed to be starting at light weights. I was wrong...  

The first week working out on these routines, I was sweating and breathing heavily half way into, and even the weights that were suggested were working all my muscles really hard.  After the first week I was hooked and knew I had found a good program.
