How To Supercharge A Boring Rehab Exercise (so you can build lean muscle and burn fat)

The problem is…I can’t stand doing them. If I can squeeze in another round of my workout…no matter how painful it is…I’d much rather do that, than do my rehab exercises. And if I’m running out of time, it’s the first thing that gets left out. And I can get away with it for a while, but if I keep skipping it, it eventually catches up with me. The result is more pain, perhaps more damage and time off from doing any exercises. A lose-lose situation.
So I’ve found a way to make rehab exercises more attractive, by combining it with other exercises. This stimulates more muscles at the same time and allows me to get a better workout, even when I’m having to do “boring” rehab exercises. But more importantly, it motivates me to keep doing them on a regular basis.
