3. Lift Some Weights
Your biggest fat burning source in the body is your muscles.
The more lean muscles you have the more fat you’ll burn. And the best way to build lean muscles is by lifting challenging weights. That said, some bodyweight exercises are effective and you can also use resistance bands, if you don’t have access to weights… but you need to make sure that there’s enough resistance to challenge your muscles.
Even so, you can’t just do any old weight lifting exercises… the type of exercise matters! Isolated exercises like bicep curls and tricep extensions don’t provide your body enough stimulus to produce significant amounts of fat-burning or lean muscle building hormones, and that’s why you need to perform full body exercises that stimulate multiple large muscles groups at once. And I’ll show you the most effective full-body exercises on the next page.
Remember the key to successfully burning off body fat has nothing to do with how many calories you burn and everything to do with optimizing your hormones. And to fully take control of your hormones you need to apply the 3 key principles, which combined together can elicit a powerful physiological response that floods your body with fat-burning hormones - so you can melt away ALL of your stubborn body fat and get a lean toned body.
Most people are simply unaware that your body has the potential to burn off even the most stubborn fat. Your body is already equipped with the essential hormones, enzymes, and neurons to make this work. You just need to know HOW… and that’s exactly what I’m going to show you next…
