I wish I learned Shin's method 30 years ago!

...Talk about burning calories.  At 22 the US Navy recognized me for Superior Performance in Physical Fitness.  At 50 I’ve never been more ripped.

Don't get caught up in how long you've been on the cardio machine.  Over time the body gets used to the stress (or lack thereof) and adapts.  If you really want to see some lean muscle results, measured by body fat percentage and weight loss and just looking totally ripped, mix it up with some high intensity, short duration cardio.  Works for me.  Just wish I learned Shin's method 30 years ago!

The information you have shared with me works as a viable fitness tool for both my clients and myself.  My gym bag is that much fuller since being exposed to your MAX Workout game plan.  Thanks Shin.
